If you will arrive in Canada up to one month before the iMED coverage effective date assigned to you by UBC, you may purchase Advance iMED coverage from DCIS using the Advance Coverage Application ( PDF )

If you arrive in Canada too early to qualify for Advance iMED coverage, contact DCIS about other emergency medical insurance options.
